You’ll love my place because of the views, the ambiance, the people, and the location. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on your own private dock right on Hosmer Pond, canoe or paddle board out to the island at the center, keep an eye out for turtles and loons swimming nearby and end the evening roasting marshmallows over a fire. The house is just a few minutes drive to downtown Camden. The Camden Snow Bowl is walking distance where you can access some hiking and mountain biking trails.

Maybelle the Tiny Cabin on 100 acres

Maybelle is an 8x18 cabin with a full-size loft bed, a Cubic Mini Woodstove (wood provided), Natures Head Composting Toilet and Jetsetter massaging hot tub. Kayaks, paddle board, & canoe included . Hiking trails (some solar lit) surround your cabin. Outside is a fire pit and a quick path to the water. Maybelle's kitchen has all the cooking essentials and there's a small propane grill outside & the fire pit for cooking. Cell reception is okay in the cabin, wifi is from a Starlink booster!
