Welcome to your own little Hobbiton, the self - catering holiday apartment which is attached to and below the main bungalow. The accommodation is central for most tourist attractions and beaches. The apartment contains a double bedroom, a WC/ bath/ shower room, the lounge/ kitchen/ dining room is open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge and microwave. Secure parking for one vehicle is available. Sorry, smoking/ pets are not allowed . The apartment is unsuitable for children.

The Studio is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking space & small private deck. Overlooking Porthtowan’s ‘Blue Flag’ award winning sandy beach & surfing destination, the beautiful SW coast path & many amenities are right on the doorstep, so no need to drive anywhere. Portreath is a village on the north coast of Cornwall. Portreath is three miles NWof Redruth and has a harbour and is a Sandy beach cove. Portreath has several pubs that serve tasty food and local drinks. There is a bakery, corner shop, several take always and a few cosy cafes too that serve drinks, cakes and light lunches. Dogs allowed on beach most of year but between 1st July and 30th August can only go on there b4 10am and after 6pm. This is NOT a disability friendly accommodation

Unique Surf Cabin

Our surf shack is built mainly using driftwood found when returning from a surf. The hut is insulated using off cuts of Celotex insulation/discarded body boards. There are a few drafts. We have enjoyed summers up there with our girls, getting back to nature. No WI-FI or Netflix to interfere with their creativity (but there is a proper toilet, hot water, dishwasher and washing machine . Porthtowan is one of the best surf beaches in Cornwall 0.8 of a mile away, with some free parking.

You’ll also find beach bars, cafés and other amenities. The whole area offers spectacular views of the sea and easy reach to cycle paths and quaint Cornish villages. Barn 3 near beach in stunning cornish grounds

The Barns Pigallie is set in a quiet location with accommodation around a courtyard and stream. We are situated 5 minutes from the A30 and all of Cornwall can be easily accessed from our property. Beaches are a 5 minute drive or a leisurely 2 mile stroll. Barn 3 is fully furnished and has all the necessary items needed for self catering. It has two seperate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single. It has a pond by its picnic bench.
