Nice house 300 m from the sea

Jolie petite maison ancienne entièrement rénovée située dans le bourg d'Argenton, à 3 minutes à pied du port et 7 minutes à pied de la plage. Jardin entièrement clos orienté plein sud, dans une impasse avec peu de passage. L'entrée dans la maison se fait par une petite véranda qui donne sur une grande pièce ouverte et lumineuse avec salon et cuisine toute équipée. A l'étage se trouvent deux chambres, une salle d'eau et des WC séparés. Idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes.

Sea house

Our house is close to the beach and the port of Portsall. From the terrace the views are exceptional. You can walk to the beach, bakery, have a drink on the harbor. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen-dining room, a living room, a bathroom with shower, a garden where it is pleasant to have lunch. Comfortable character house with enclosed garden

My place is close to the bakery (200 m), supermarket (200 m) and beaches (3 km). In the village, located in a cul-de-sac, you will appreciate the house for its comfort and tranquility. Guests can enjoy a 700 m2 enclosed garden that is not overlooked. My place is good for families. Children will have toys, books, a swing and a cabin. In the garage, you will find bicycles for the whole family at your disposal.

The blue getaway by the sea

Come and discover our charming 2-bedroom "L'escale Bleue", tastefully decorated, by the sea. Located opposite the Plage du Moulin Blanc, a short walk to Brest, you will find a bakery, the "Spadium" aquatic complex and Oceanopolis nearby! Something to keep you busy during your days. All linens will be provided, as well as the essentials for a smooth arrival (welcome cookies, coffee, tea).
