The Swamp House

The house is located on the banks of the Burguillo swamp with 3000 m2 of private land where you will find a large garden with a pool, barbecue and terrace with spectacular views of the swamp. Everything around it is the Iruelas Valley Nature Reserve, so it is a natural, isolated and quiet environment. Water sports, hiking trails, biking, horseback riding, mushroom picking, chestnuts... The area offers you a taste of the cuisine that is characterized by its rich meats and vegetables.

Close to the house is one of the magnificent bridges that lead to the Casco and there you will walk through the streets of Toledo.

You will find 3 bedrooms, a living/dining room, a large fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom at your disposal. Private patio with barbecue, swimming pool, tables and chairs. Games room, pool table, table tennis, table football, darts, bar and beer tap. Wi-Fi.

It has magnificent views over the cathedral and is located a few meters from Calle Hombre de Palo, the city's main thoroughfare that connects Zocodover with the Plaza del Ayuntamiento and Cathedral. The house has undergone a complete restoration inside.

A very cozy and quiet, complete and independent apartment. It is located within the grounds of the hosts' single-family home. It has outdoor parking inside the premises for one car. With a fireplace and wood-burning stove for the winter and a pool, garden and barbecue for the summer. You can come with your pet and enjoy the facilities.
