Our villa is in the most elite neighborhood of Fethiye and is located in a very convenient location to the center, the sea, entertainment, parks and sports areas and is very close to pharmacies,hospitals, supermarkets and restaurants. Our villa, which has three suites, has a hammam, sauna and both rooms have a double hot tub. For monthly rentals, water,electricity, internet and weekly cleaning belong to the renter. The security deposit fee is $700 The pools are closed due to weather conditions from November 1st to April 30th.

The center is in a great location. There is a supermarket next to it. It is a 5-minute walk to Çalış beach. The garden is very nice, spacious and airy. You can walk to the city center from the beach. 10 minutes' walk to restaurants, bars, fruit and vegetable market... This house, consisting of 1 bedroom and 1 living room, can accommodate up to 4 people with a spare folding bed and sofa. We cannot accept guests who are only male groups. THE POOL and GARDEN ARE ONLY IN the SHARED use OF 2 VILLAS

Apartment is zero and has never been used. The apartment has air conditioning , a microwave , an iron , a blow dryer , an ironing board, a TV , a broom and all kinds of utensils. You will just need to take your personal belongings and come back.

Merkezi bir noktada, bağımsız olarak da kullanılan 2 dairenin birleşimi. Sokağa araba ile girilmiyor. 80 basamaklı bir merdiven ile çıkılıyor eve. Yürüme güçlüğü çekenler için uygun degil. Şömineler dekorasyon amaçlı olup, kullanıma uygun değildir.

our villa is in the center of Fethiye. Our villa is not visible from the outside. It is decorated. There are no neighbors to see you. You can enjoy the pool and the sun. You can have a quiet and peaceful holiday in the city. our garden is large and green. There are olive trees nearby. it is in a perfect location. The taxi van is very close. You can walk to the beach band. our house has a very nice mountain view. items are new and clean.

A Well furnitured house with a beautiful garden that is less than 30 sec walk to the Çalış beach where is famous for sunset. You can have time at Çalış beach, reach home in a minute to rest in a beautiful garden. There are nice cafes and restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The buses, taxi office and water taxi to Fethiye are very close to home that you can travel very easily! There is also a free car park opposite the house.
