And a covered decking area to enjoy the amazing views. Osprey, red deer, red squirrels and pine martin are regular visitors.

The Bunk House with Private Hot Tub

The Bunk House has two rustic log bunk beds, an en-suite shower room, kitchen, lounge-dining area and heating. Linen and towels are also provided, the space measures a total of 35 m2. Please note this is dormitory style accommodation. You will also be able to use the fire pit, canoes, paddle boards, and rowing boat during your stay. There’s also a hot tub too now! Free Parking. Single night stays are subject to a £35 supplement which will be added to your reservation after you book.

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

'The Steading’ is a barn cabin on a working farm with wood burning stove set near the North Coast 500 route. Enjoy the peace of the Highlands while painting, writing, yoga, walking and cycling or simply relaxing in front of the fire with a cup of tea. NO SHOWER / NO HOT running water. Sanitizer and hand soap provided. Take your own bedding or very basic bedding provided. No phone signal/WiFi. The Bothy is a self-contained wooden cabin on the edge of our own woodland at West Cottage and Stables, nestling in the heart of Glen Lyon and at the beginning of many excellent walks and cycle rides. There's a double bed, extra bed, luxury bathroom, and wood burning stove. There's a hob, fridge, and everything you need to cook with, but no oven. We can put something in the oven for you up at the house if you need us to.
