En la planta inferior dispone de 3 habitaciones dobles, 2 baños, cocina amueblada: microondas, lavadora, horno y encimera lavaplatos, amplio salón comedor con chimenea y televisión. Zum Meer sind es nur wenige Meter, zur nächsten schönen Bade-Bucht ca. 500 Meter. Den Jachthafen von Cala D`Or und das Zentrum erreicht man nach ca. 15 Gehminuten.
