The house, completely renovated in 2012, has a living room with access to a large furnished porch, fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom with two double beds and a bathroom with a tub. It is just 10 minutes away by car from the famous beaches of Cala Millor, Sa Coma, Porto Cristo,..., and 2 minutes away from the village of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, where you will find all the services such as shops, supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy. On the surroundings you will also find numerous entertainment possibilities such as water sports, cycling and horse riding, golf, Auto Safari, or the Caves of Drach, among others.

The apartment has one bedroom with a king size bed and a sofacama in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with air conditioning. It has a swimming pool. In the basses it has a supermarket and is surrounded by restaurants and shops. Cala Millor is a family and quiet. It has one of the best beaches on the Island.

This apartment is the closest to the sea and is by the sand with direct access to the pool and the beach. There is a double bed for 2 people and two single beds. Plus a pull out in the living room. It has an outdoor terrace and a private garden with different entrances, table, chairs and private lounge chairs. There is community wifi and also a higher quality wifi, private and free WiFi exclusively for my guests
