Forget your worries in this spacious, serene space. In the center of the village of Fontaines Saint Martin 15 minutes from Lyon and 10 minutes from the A46, I offer this 60 m2 apartment with independent entrance in a green setting with a quiet outdoor terrace of 35m2. The cottage has 4 beds including one bedroom with a double bed of 160x200 and a sofa bed . The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, espresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine for long stays .

Located on a dominant point, surrounded by trees, it gives, with a wide and unobstructed view, on the Monts d 'Or. Fully equipped and independent, the accommodation is also perfectly suited to accommodate children. Close to Lyon, which is quickly accessible, Rochetaillée, with its Guinguettes on the banks of the Saône, and at the gates of Beaujolais and Dombes.

Nestled on the heights of Couzon-au-Mont-d'Or, just 10 km from Lyon, it offers breathtaking views of the Val de Saône and direct access to hiking trails. Just a 5-minute walk from the banks of the Saône, you can enjoy a natural setting while staying close to the city. For your relaxation, you will have access to Netflix as well as a salt pool (upon request), shared with us.

In the smallest village in the metropolis of Lyon, Rochetaillée, a space of tranquility and greenery. Pierre de Lune is an independent studio in an old building in Pierre Dorée. With its own terrace, it is away from noise but close to everything, from Lyon (30 minutes by bus, stop 100m away) like shops, restaurants and walks along the Saône. A quiet area to rest and discover the charms of the old Rochetaillée, close to the guinguettes and the Monts d 'Or.

The house is an old residence from the 1530s, owned by a cardinal, with a view of the Saône and a park available. At the gates of Lyon, it has benefited from a complete quality renovation. Over 115 square metres, in a luxurious and comfortable environment, you will enjoy: - its two original round and AIR-CONDITIONED rooms - ceiling heights, mural in the reception room, - independent kitchen - two bathrooms. A colourful veranda accompanies this dwelling.
