Charming and cozy villa with heated pool

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Perfect vacation home built in a typical French style with all modern comforts. The house has three beautifully decorated bedrooms with thick and comfortable bedding (two 160 cm beds, two 90 cm beds), two bathrooms including one ensuite, a beautiful living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The house is spacious, bright and quiet, located in Sarlat, on a cul-de-sac with a beautiful forest on the edge of the garden.

Rest and relaxation in the countryside

My place is close to the A20 highway access (exit 56) in the center of the department and close to the most tourist places (Rocamadour, St Cirq Lapopie, Cahors, Figeac, Padirac...) but also to the Lot and Célé Valley. The place is ideal for stargazing (black triangle) recognized by all amateur astronomers for walks and enjoying the joys of the Lot, Dordogne and Célé rivers (boat, canoe...). NB: 7-day minimum rental in high season from mid-May to late September
