Deliciously soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately upon arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2 p.m. Check out before 10:00 . Parking is free with us on the driveway. So no parking fees! Our price includes tourist tax. This small shed in our yard Hofstede de Boetselaer used to be a "COOL"cell for young potato plants. We have converted it into a 'COOL' cottage to come and enjoy among the fields and on the West Zeeuws Vlaamse coast. For those looking for nature, privacy, minimal distractions, and tranquility. Just outside the village of Wolphaartsdijk (Zeeuws: Wolfersdiek), within walking distance of 't Veerse Meer, lies our simple but complete vacation home. The cottage is separate from our own house and has its own entrance. You have access to a private toilet, shower and kitchen. In addition, you can open the French doors and relax on your own terrace or unwind in the hammock. Due to its location, this is a perfect base for walks and bike rides.

Come and enjoy the tranquility, atmosphere and nature at Veldzicht on the edge of Groede, close to the beach. We rent out 4 connected 4-person holiday homes on our rural plot of approximately 1.5 hectares. These are fully furnished for a pleasant stay. On the large plot, there are plenty of places to enjoy the tranquility, sun (or shade) and nature. The jeu de boules court or table tennis invite you to play.

The Green Sunny Ghent

The sunny green is a tiny house located in a quiet suburb of Ghent. (4 kilometers from the city center!) Check-in on Saturday and Sunday at 3 p.m. Check-in from Monday to Friday from 6 p.m. Check out at noon the next day. On the day of check-in, you can already use our parking, bicycles and luggage drop from noon. Saturday & Sunday check-in: 3 p.m. check-out at 11 a.m.
