The Sunny House - chalet in the heart of Dolomites

SUNNY HOUSE is a brand new chalet located in a beautiful location overlooking the Dolomites of Centro Cadore. Easily reachable by car, it is isolated but close to the town center. Equipped with drinking water (bathroom with shower, kitchen sink), electricity and heating with pellet stove, it is perfect for spending a few days immersed in nature but with all the comforts. For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The rural apartment Confolia 2 is located in the idyllic village of La Val (Wengen), where you will find popular ski resorts and hiking trails within a radius of 10 km. The apartment is situated on the 1st floor and consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
