Newly renovated house, exterior, warm in winter and cool in summer, located in the historic center, on a quiet street, with hardly any vehicle traffic. 2 minutes from the Falla Theater or historic places such as the Oratorio de San Felipe Neri, 12 minutes from the Barrio de la Viña and Playa de la Caleta, with its spectacular sunset. Public parking 5 minutes away (Plaza de San Antonio). Bars, restaurants, taxis, shopping area, etc., all within a short and pleasant walk.

Beautyful Loft with everything you need private

It is a separate space, a loft, private with key, in a historic old building, completely renovated. Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.

Loft apartment in the heart of Cadiz's old town. A walk from all the points of interest. Ideal for couples or four people. With all the amenities. Air conditioning, Wifi, Led TV (2), kitchen with dishwasher, oven, induction, washing machine, etc. Top quality. Spectacular bathroom. Two large double beds, one of them at a different height and all in an open space. See photos. I don't think you'll find anything better located and better value for money.

Apartment with panoramic views of the city and the sea as well as La Caleta beach,it is located in a typical neighborhood of La Viña and very close to the historic center and the beach.The apartament is spacious,jumionosis,sunny,quied and comfortable for people with reduced mobility it has ample and comfortable,free parking for one car or five motos. IT is a few meters from caleta beach. It is also very close to restaurant,bars and supermarkets.
