Hello, we are Sylvain and Neva and “Living Caleta Beach” is the symbolic name of our holiday apartment. We would like you to come and fill it with life while we are not using it. The Apartment is placed in the fourth and last floor of a building with just three other neighbors (no Elevator), nicely furnished in sea & sailing style. It has lateral views to the Ocean and to the Cathedral.

Penthouse tropical spa terrace over Roman Theatre

Great penthouse in the most historic part of Cádiz, set over the Roman Amphitheatre and only 100m from the Cathedral. It comes with its own terrace with a hot tub and outdoor seating, perfect to chill out. We also offer two scooters that you can use to travel around the city. There’s an open plan kitchen with all the appliances, living room with TV, Wi-fi and dining area leading directly onto the terrace.
