The "Gartenhaus" is located with the "Reetdachkate" and the "Kleine Kate" on an approximately 10,000 square meter property. Meadows, moor areas and a small pond form the surroundings. The floor area is approximately 90 square meters. From the light-flooded living area, you can reach the sleeping level via a staircase. The bed is (2 x 1.6) m. The building was completely renovated in 2019 and supplemented by a spacious bathroom. The "garden house" includes an approx. 40 sqm terrace with a wide view of the moor.

Der 2025 neu gebaute Wagen verfügt über einen Wohn- /Schlafbereich, ein separates Bad sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Der kleine Kamin lädt bei jedem Wetter zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ihr durch das Panoramafenster den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lasst.

'Oase' holiday home with sauna, very idyllic

Ihr wohnt in einem einzeln stehenden Holzhaus mit eigener Sauna, sehr edlem Duschbereich und Terrasse. Der für 2 Personen ausgelegte Raum hat ca 55 m2 und umfasst ein Badezimmer, eine eingerichtete Küchenzeile, Sauna und Duschbereich. Perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Umgebung ist wild romantisch mit viel Wasser, Wiesen und Wäldern. Hunde sind willkommen. Wer mit mehr als 2 Personen anreisen möchte, dem empfehle ich mein zweites Inserat (unter meinem Profil) mit zusätzlichem Schlafzimmer.

Immerse yourself in the timeless retro charm of our vacation home on the dike in Balje. The rural life, the expanses of the outer dyke as well as the large garden, in which fruit trees can also be found, invite you to slow down. From the upper floor you can look at the Elbe with its shipping traffic to and from Hamburg. Nestled between Cuxhaven and Stade, many small towns offer beautiful routes and opportunities for shopping and lingering, also for cyclists and motorcyclists.

When you are looking for a real quiet and relaxing resort, sou will love to live in our wonderful old barn house neatly renovated from an architect loving old houses and modern technique (that is me). You can enjoy a real large TV, (incl. BluRay-Player etc.) Internet and a cosy fire place. Dive into nature below old oak and ash trees, wake up with happy bird chirp and watch hare, pheasants and deer walk by the huge glass doors in front of the kitchen and living room.

The 36 m² apartment in the former machinist's house of the waterworks offers stylish flair and contemporary comfort. Location: Located directly on the Elbe beach, the surroundings invite you to take walks and bike tours. The proximity to the Falkensteiner Ufer allows direct access to the Elbe and offers a magnificent view of the passing ships.

This special accommodation has everything you need for a relaxing stay in the climatic spa, with its stone age park, in the heart of Dithmarschen. The house, with about 140 m2 of living space and an antique fireplace, is available for guests for their own use. From here, you can take many excursions to the North Sea (Büsum 30 and Speichererkoog in Meldorf 20 minutes by car, ...).

Near the North Sea and the Wingster Forest, we welcome you to our listed villa from 1909. You will be staying on the upper floor in a 81 m² cozy apartment with balcony. Our historic building is surrounded by a large dreamlike property with old trees. In the garden there is a private patio available for you. Cadenberge offers lots of shopping, restaurants and playgrounds. It is located on the Hamburg-Cuxhaven railway line.

Enjoy life in this quiet and centrally-located accommodation. The apartment with a fully equipped kitchen is ideal for two adults. For another person, an additional sofa bed is available in the living area. Ideal for a quiet vacation or as a starting point for tours in the area. The train station on the Hamburg-Cuxhaven line, shopping facilities as well as a bakery, pharmacy and bank are within a five-minute walk.
