On the 8th and top floor of a 1930s building with elevator to the 7th floor, small charming studio bathed in light with a 14 m2 terrace in full sun with a beautiful unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower and Observatory. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, right next to the 5th arrondissement and Rue Mouffetard, and 10 min walk from Denfert Rochereau.
