Newly renovated cottage near beach and nature

Fully renovated cottage on a large plot with a very private location near Löttorp, several swimming areas and golf courses. The cottage has both a covered patio with dining area and large barbecue as well as a large courtyard with dining area, lounge area, sun loung chairs and hot tub (spa bath) for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and up to 5 beds (sofa). There is a crib and high chair for our youngest guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as final cleaning.

Krongård

Krongård was formerly one of the country's royal inns. On this farm, the king and his company could rest, eat and change to rested horses on their journey through the country. However, this was a long time ago. Until 2022, the farm was a dairy farm. Then milk production was discontinued because we had reached retirement age. Our dream has been to have time to renovate this old house and now the renovation is complete with 2 apartments. We hope our guests will feel at home here but still feel like they're away.

Unique accommodation 4 houses, outdoor shower, close to Bad/Alvar/Raukar

We offer cosy accommodation in northern Öland - just a stone's throw from Alvaret and with fantastic Byrum sandviks sandy beach and rauks only ten minutes away by bike. Here you can split up into several cabins for time and connect in our spacious and nice orangery for meals and socializing. In the garden, there is place for outdoor play, barbecue and other things that belong to summer. Shops, system companies and other services are located in Löttorp at about ten minutes drive. All cabins are open plan

Villa Djupvik

Located on the Stenkusten in northwestern Öland, you will find our paradise. Here, nature, sea and tranquility are in focus. A modern home decorated with design classics and natural materials. For us, food and family are a priority and therefore the house has generous and welcoming social areas outdoors as well as indoors. With beautiful surroundings, proximity to Borgholm, exciting excursion destinations and the charming Djupvik, the place is both unique and incredibly easy to fall in love with.

Charming summer cabin by the beach

Only 150 meters from the beach you will find our charming summer house on Öland in Byrum-Sandvik. The house is located on a hill with a beautiful view through the pine trees toward the sea and the sunset, from the veranda that goes around the house. The place is quiet and beautiful. Placed in a national reserve, Byrum-Sandvik is ideal for nature walks or bikes along the coast or in the woods. You can easily take a trip to Byxelkrok for lunch or Böda Sand for mini-golf or other fun activities.

Cozy Beach House on Öland – Steps from the Sea

This new Beach House sits on the beautiful sand beach at Byrum-Sandvik on Öland. Watch sunsets over the ocean and the island of Blå Jungfrun. Explore the unique rock formations "Raukarna" to the south. Swimming, surfing, hiking, biking, jogging all at your door step. Golf courses are nearby (20 km). Located on a large property only 80 meters from the water and 20 meters from the main house (occasionally occupied). Pour a glass of wine, grab a chair and walk to the beach or go for a bike ride.

En ny, välplanerad frigga med en skön säng, mysig soffa, tv, toalett, utedusch m varmvatten, litet kök, kylskåp med litet frys. Altan med både sol och skugga.

Charming Guesthouse for Two

This house overlooks "the Alvar" (unique feature of Öland), a short drive or long walk (1.5 km) from the beautiful sand beach of Byrums Sandvik and unique rock formations (raukar). Bring bikes to enjoy the trails or just take the secret trail behind the house and step out on the Alvar for a walk to the sea. At 15 sqm, the house perfect for 2 people who want to enjoy all that Northern Öland has to offer. Toilet, bathroom and outdoor shower are in separate building adjacent to the house.

Affär, Ölands största glassresturang, gårdsbutik, busshållplats & hav ca: 2 km, golf 5 km. Städning görs av hyresgästen. Lakan/handdukar ingår ej.
