WE SIT ON A SMALL CANAL WITH BOAT RAMP AND DOCKAGE FOR SMALL SKIFF AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA FEE. BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS! VERY COZY! ALSO NEXT DOOR TO THE DELICIOUS SANDWHICH SHOP AND FRISCO SHOPPING CENTER!

Tasteful decor, well stocked kitchen. Relax in a quiet, safe neighborhood, only a 2-3 minute walk across the street to the beach! Enjoy the use of our family pool (approx. May 15-Oct 1) & hot tub. If a 1 or 2 night opening is left between bookings, send an inquiry & I will open those days for a booking!

Only two blocks to the ocean, it sleeps 4-5 and features outdoor living amenities like two private upstairs decks and a hot tub overlooking the creek. The front covered porch is fun out of the sun!

Make sure to visit the Lighthouse, a short bike or drive away. This cute & new apartment has everything you need, and is complete with soft blankets, beautiful furnishings, and a gorgeous garden setting :) THIS UNIT HAS A QUEEN BED AND TWIN DAY WITH TWIN TRUNDLE. This is our personal family home, also known as AllInnAvonBeachHouse, and we are hoping to find renters who are looking for the same amazing, relaxing, and enjoyable experiences as we do. This home is incredibly spacious, perfect for 2-3 families, lots of space to sit and relax and enjoy meals together. This area is sought out for surfing, fishing, shell collecting. Beach chairs, cornhole set, basketballs, beach toys all included.
