Twenty minutes to RDU Airport, five minutes to Duke's East Campus and ten minutes to West Campus, we are an easy walk to a range of locally-owned restaurants. Lovely, light-filled apartment has a bedroom, full kitchen and living area, bathroom, private entrance, and patio with seating. Occasionally, we may have first-floor space available at extra cost. A guest suite that's a former artist studio with 10-15 foot high windows and 20 foot high ceiling, converted into one bedroom loft with private entrance, bath, living area, and kitchenette. The space is attached to the rest of my house, but you'll have a private entrance, your own bathroom, living area and kitchenette and two seat dining table. You will not have access to a full kitchen. New in September 2025: Blackout curtains provide privacy at night and a darker room for sleeping in.
