On the first floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a spacious dining area and a living area with a fireplace. All bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs. The attic invites you to play foosball or read a book. Outside, there is a furnished terrace on the first floor and a balcony on the second floor.

My 120 m² apartment (year of construction 2019) in a central location is the ideal place to relax after a mudflat hike or to enjoy the fresh North Sea air on one of the two spacious balconies. The modern apartment includes a large, Nordic-style living room with integrated kitchen. The dining table can accommodate the whole family. Two good beds and a cozy sofa bed offer sleeping places for four/five people. A crib and high chair are available for the little ones.

In the district town of Heide, 20 km from the North Sea, we offer part of our house as a complete, completely separate residential unit of approx. 120 m2 for max. 4 people. The apartment is located in a quiet residential street, about 15 minutes walk to the Heide center/market square and is very convenient as a starting point for walks in the moor, forest and for bike tours. Bikes can be stored and the car can be parked right outside the front door.

The beach, the town center, the harbor and various shopping facilities are a few minutes' walk away (see below). The stop of the seasonal bathing train is very close by. Solltest du nicht mit dem Auto kommen, ist auch der Bahnhof nicht weit entfernt (2 Min Fußweg). Supermarkt, Bäcker und Gastronomie um die Ecke garantieren einen entspannten Urlaub an der Nordsee.
