There is a hot tub here to enjoy all year around, koi pond, BBQ and relaxing decking in its own private garden.

Come and stay in our spacious house in the heart of Newmarket. The house has three bedrooms, one with ensuite, an open plan kitchen, dining and living area and a fantastic outside area where you can enjoy the sun all day. The house is a five minute walk into town, where you can jump on a free shuttle bus to the famous Newmarket racecourse. The house is clean and modern but still feels homely. Horses can often be seen in the neighbouring Martin Smith Racing paddock from the bedroom windows.

Set on the outskirts of Isleham a quiet village this was part of the village bakery, now been converted into a detached annex. With its own entrance, room for parking, you can come and go as you please. Kitchen with hob, microwave, oven & grill. Fridge, kettle, toaster & Smart TV included. The village has three pubs, a Co-op & Chinese takeaway all within walking distance. Good for walks around the local Marina or down The River Lark. Newmarket 20mins drive, Ely & Cambridge 30mins drive.

The Goose Barn - Ideal getaway near Cambridge!

This is a lovely converted barn which we spent many years in and now have outgrown. The barn has one living & dining area, kitchen, hallway, one bathroom and 2 bedrooms. There is a small courtyard to enjoy sitting outside in the summer. We’re extremely close to Cambridge - you can cycle into the centre of town within 25 minutes along a path next to the river Cam. *We will potentially supply a couple of push bikes, if this is something you’re interested in please notify me in advance.

The lodge has a shower, toilet and heated towel rail. Enjoy the delights of the GeoDome, great for watching the sun set. Dogs considered on request.

Queensbury barns has a huge open plan kitchen living dining area which opens on to a beautiful courtyard surrounded by wisteria, jasmine and other beautiful plants. There are 2 other seating areas, one upstairs with stunning views over the countryside - perfect for meeting for a quiet drink and chat in the evenings. And a TV room which connects with both the Courtyard and the large secure garden.

Welcome to our newly redecorated, warm, sunny and spacious garden annex. Off street parking and a short walk home from a day at the races - Rowley Mile Course. (The July course is a longer walk), or a 3 minute taxi ride from the High Street restaurants and Newmarket train station. When travelling we always appreciate a comfortable bed, fresh linen, a decent hot shower, large fluffy towels and being able to make a tea / coffee when we arrive.
