Welcome to 'The Studio!' our lovely little studio apartment/tiny house! This newly converted stunning little annexe has been designed with heart and soul, initially used to accommodate doctors from the hospital during the lockdown. We have now decided to update it and welcome lovely visitors travelling to Hereford. It has a stylish, spacious yet cosy living area, a separate kitchen and shower room, and private off-road gated parking. We are a 10 minute walk from the city Centre & Train Station.

The Den, self contained, beamed cottage attached to our own family home, situated on a rural country lane close to the village of Bartestree, only 4 miles from the historic market town of Hereford, ideally located for exploring the glorious Wye Valley, nearby Malvern Hills & the Black Mountains above Hay on Wye (home to the world renowned literary festival). Footpaths leading from the front door will take you to walks with glorious panoramic views of the surrounding countryside & 6 counties

Little Barn is tucked away in the heart of Hereford's famous apple orchards, close to golf courses, walks & cycle routes, with a fabulous village pub just a stroll away. Comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a relaxing bath, a log burner... everything you need for a country break with friends or family - or a solo escape! Despite the rural location, the historic city of Hereford is only 5 miles away, with Ledbury, Hay-on-Wye, Ludlow, and the rolling Brecon Beacons & Malvern Hills nearby.

Within easy reach of Hereford city centre and close to many other popular places ie Hay-on-Wye, the Black Mountains, the Golden Valley, the Showgrounds of the Three Counties and the Royal Welsh to name but a few! This open plan bed/sitting/kitchen space gives the feeling of calm and relaxation. A separate shower/toilet room also. This is situated on a working farm.

Located at the base of Badnage Woods, only 5 miles from Hereford city centre or 5.2 miles from Weobley and with a local village shop and pub only 0.7 miles (short pleasant walk) from the property, this apartment is ideal for a relaxing weekend getaway or ideal rest place if working in the local area for a period of time. The homely but modern kitchen with its cream AGA leads into a comfortable sitting room with wood burner and onto a terrace with a private hot tub. Climb the stairs to the super kingsized bed and beautiful high quality bathroom, complete with walk-in shower, teardrop free-standing bath and plasma TV.

The Annexe: Comfortable separate studio apartment

Clean and tidy, completely separate studio apartment (1 king sized bed + optional floor mattress). Parking available for one car on secure, gated, private driveway. The Annexe prioritises your security with secure doors, windows, and comprehensive CCTV surveillance covering the residence, gardens, and parking areas. Hereford City Centre is within easy walking distance as are the Lugg Meadows with lovely country walks.

Quiet, luxury flat for 2 .

A large flat within a lovely, quiet Edwardian house with outstanding views of Hereford Cathedral and the Welsh Mountains. A great place to explore from or just to relax. On a summer evening enjoy a drink on the balcony and in the winter curl up by the woodburner. The flat is not ideal for very late nights out and isn’t safe for children or pets. Tea, coffee and basic breakfast items are provided.

Amazing location and a beautiful barn conversion

The barn has brilliant views and has been beautifully furnished. It has a fully fitted kitchen with adequate seating area and access to a deck with extensive views. The living area has 2 very comfortable settees. One thing to note is that our TV does not have an aerial but we have wifi which means you can watch tv on catch up or live.

Apple Tree Cottage, a converted barn with exposed oak beams, has all of the modern amenities you will need for a relaxing stay. Complete with hot tub this is the perfect home from home for families and couples alike. Situated a 10 minute drive from the centre of Hereford and surrounded by woodland walks and rolling countryside.
