A spacious courtyard with an outdoor summer kitchen, two large and one small tables in the garden, a barbecue, a lounge bed, sun loungers and the possibility of pitching a tent. A beautiful sea panorama. The favorite beach of Varna residents, Kabakum, is 100 meters away, the bus stops for Varna and Golden Sands are 50 meters away. 3 km from the dental clinic Dentaprime. Families with pets, as well as motorcyclists, backpackers and travelers are welcome.

RODEN BALKAN House is our renovated century-old house. It is from the Bulgarian Renaissance period and is over 150 years old. The house has preserved the spirit of the old times combined with the necessary amenities of the present. The first floor is the place for shared moments with friends. On a heavy table or on a soft piece of furniture by the fireplace with a good movie and a glass of wine. On the second floor are the bedrooms for our guests. We have 3 double rooms that use two bathrooms and one studio for 4 people with a private bathroom.

There is a kitchen guests can use inside the spacious room and a sofa which can be used as a bed for one or two people. Enjoy the mountain view while relaxing in a hot tub. It is paid additionally and costs 30 BGN/hour and can fit 5 people. At the house you can order traditional breakfast and dinner.
