Upstairs, 3 small cozy rooms. Downstairs and upstairs bathroom and toilet. Take advantage of the swimming pool (6 - 9) and tennis court, two basketball hoops, or a smaller football goal. We'll be happy to lend you the equipment.

The house is located in a nice historical part of Benešov and is spacious enough for a family or a group of friends. The smaller garden is ideal for evening barbecues and offers perfect peace and privacy. The house has a main living room with a walk-through kitchen and dining room and an entrance to the garden. On the lower floor there is the first of the bathrooms with a shower and washing machine. The upper floor has a master bedroom with a work area and two rooms. There is also a master bathroom with a large bathtub.

It's the ideal place to take a break from civilisation and everyday stress, by the fireplace or in the sauna, or you can just relax on the terrace, listen to the birds singing and watch the stars at night right from your bed. The house is perfectly equipped to provide you with maximum comfort and convenience. Sauna for an additional fee of CZK 150/h.
