THE HILL HOUSE -Sea and Mountain views-

Perched on the mountain, the hill house with king size bed has three large windows and view deck that look out over the desert valley and the National Marine Park. The house is located at the end of a road which ads to the peaceful and quiet character of Cabo Pulmo, but is close enough and within a 10 minute walking distance to dive shops, restaurants and hiking trails. This unit has Starlink. The house is not set up for parties, loud music and children under 12 years old. Parking is on site.

Q bed with foam mattress and soft linens. A/C and ceiling fans in both bedroom and kitchen. Ample closet space with shelves/hangers. Quiet and peaceful condo. Away from the dust and Dogs. Bird watching or just sitting at the pool enjoying the peace and quiet. 7 Minutes to Los Barriles. 3 minutes to the beach from the Arroyo. After kite surfing or fishing all day. Come home to a nice soak in the hot tub or dip in the pool. Outside shower to rinse off. Very peaceful and everything you need to enjoy your home away from home. You will need a car or ATV to go into town or ask me about the Uber 24/7. WE DO NOT HAVE A BBQ PIT

You have the entire 2nd story to yourself which includes a kitchenette with stove /oven, outdoor dinning, living room, and private sun deck. Home also has private mineral water pool for you to swim . Very safe parking on private driveway outside . Please NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN. 10 min walk to the best beach in all of Cabo, 6 min drive to downtown Los Barriles.

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

These newly built casitas are located in the quiet Palo Blanco neighborhood 2 miles north of downtown Los Barriles, nestled 1/2 mile from the beach and local favorite hiking trails. Full bath, kitchen and large bedroom with cal king bed and organic cotton bedding. The property boasts fruit trees and old growth inviting local birds and lizards to stop by for a visit. Inquire about kiteboarding packages, stand up paddleboarding rentals, private yoga and quad rentals.

The area is perfect for sport fishing, kayaking, kitesurfing, or just chilling at the beach.
