The massive garden cottage is an independent small accommodation [about 19 sqm], close to nature in our garden behind our residential building, with toilet and sink for up to 3 people; no shower, no kitchen ! Kettle, soluble coffee and various teas available. Baby travel cot available on request. We rent two more guest rooms in the house. There is a guest bathroom there. Hilpoltstein is a small town near the Rothsee in the Franconian Lake District.

The property is located in the old town of Neumarkt. The train station is approx. 10 minutes' walk, where you can connect to the Regional Express as well as the S-Bahn trains to Nuremberg and Regensburg. Nuremberg can thus be reached in 30 minutes and Regensburg in 50 minutes. A parking space is right outside the door; this can be used for the duration of the stay.
