Holiday House Ursa with heated pool, 700m to beach

Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Villa Sara is a newly built house in the Krk Island region, located in village Linardići. Town of Krk or Malinska are 12 km from the property and Baška is 30 km from this holiday home. This 5- star holiday home features 3 bedrooms each with SAT TV and it's own bathroom, full equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and a toilet. NO tolerance for breaking the rules and NO parties allowed, normal fun and activity we love! Local bylaws do not tolerate noise during quiet hours and fines are quite large. ONLY registered guests may be on the premisis, it is against regulations to have unregistered guests present.
