Beautiful Restored Barn -The Old Stables

The Old stables is part of the original estate of Cary Fitzpaine. Although the setting is rural, we are a short way from A37 (.5 mile) and A303 (1.5 miles) which makes us very accessible to other amenities/attractions. The property is self contained and private, with a contained garden. The owners live nearby and are happy for guests to walk around the farm, and are also on hand if required. We are in easy reach of many National Trust properties, Yeovilton Fleet Air Arm & Haynes Car Museums.

A welcoming living area is arranged with two spacious sofas facing a central fireplace. Natural light filters through a skylight, highlighting a soft area rug. Unique wooden side tables complement the decor, which features calming blue walls and decorative artwork.

On site there are 3 well stocked coarse fishing lakes (Higher Farm Fishery) available - free fishing for one guest during their stay. Well behaved dogs welcome. Unfortunately, cats aren’t allowed due to allergies. Off road parking.

It has a pretty private patio area and off-road parking for 3 cars. Located in the village of Holton, it's a 5-minute drive to Wincanton and the A303.
