Welcome to our cozy cottage in a semi-detached house (2023) with loft and electric car charger in Bruksvallarna. It accommodates 7+2 guests. Unfortunately, pets are not welcome. The house is 200 m from the cross-country ski track and a 7-minute walk to the grocery store, sports shop, ski stadium. Well-equipped house with underfloor heating, 2 bedrooms, loft, 2 sofa groups, 2 bathrooms, sauna, TV, fireplace, drying cabinet, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, wifi (300 kbps). You can either choose your own cleaning (extra inspection fee SEK 250) or buy cleaning for SEK 1,100 (RUT).

Stay in a newly renovated log cabin on our farm in Funäsdalen. Here, cows or horses graze next to the cottage in the summer. With 500 meters to Eriksgårdens Fjällhotell and 800 meters to Coop, there are restaurants, food and entertainment within walking distance. The cross-country ski trail passes over the plot and directly from the yard you can get out on nice snowmobile trails. The charming cottage is 24 sqm and includes a fresh hall, bathroom and large living room with kitchen, wood stove and 120 cm bed and sofa bed. Accommodation is limited to 2 people.

In the immediate vicinity (1 km) to the tree line at Hamrafjället's foot where the possibility of miles after miles of wonderful hiking in the mountains of Härjedalen spreads out. The property is also within walking distance (100 meters) to fishing in unique mountain waters such as Tännån and Tänndalssjön. The property consists of 3 single bedrooms with shared toilet and shared kitchen. Guests bring their own bed linen/towel, not available to borrow or buy.

Also garage and of course a drying cabinet - a well-equipped house for many guests! Self check-in and check-out with keys in code box.

Lillstugan is located in a quiet and rural location on a farm. The cottage is located next to meadows, and after a short walk you are down by Ljusnan, which invites you to fish, swim and paddle a canoe. In winter, the cottage is suitable for starting out on both cross-country skis and snowmobiles, trails are close to the cottage. Lillstugan is 38 sqm and includes a combined kitchen and living room with a sofa bed, one bedroom with a double bed and a small room with a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet.

The apartment, which is downstairs in a cottage with two apartments, has fantastic views of the mountains and the village of Bruksvallarna and is located in a quiet area among other mountain cottages. After skiing or hiking during the day, you can then swim in the hot tub, warm up in the sauna or relax by the fireplace. The nice cross-country tracks are within walking distance.

Here, you live close to everything, Backarna, Lill-ramis, Lanthandeln, Restaurants and the Cross-country trails in walking distance. If you visit the apartment in the summer, there are hiking trails and biking trails in close distance. Ramundberget also offers down hill riding with mountain biking as well as a golf course. Ljusnan where you can take a refreshing swim is about 200 meters from the apartment.

Small cozy cottage of 25 sqm, just right for two people, with walking distance to cross-country ski trails and grocery store. Dog allowed. Note: Final cleaning, sheets and towels are not included! Since we do not have a cleaning service, it is extra important that the cottage is left clean and nice. Unfortunately, if the next guest complains about the cleanliness, we have to charge SEK 1,500 for cleaning. This is for everyone's comfort and I hope you understand.

Nyrenoverad stuga i fjällparadiset Bruksvallarna! Härlig solig terass i söderläge med fin utsikt mot fjällvärlden. Mitt bland vandrings och cykelleder ger massor av möjligheter att njuta av fjällen direkt utanför stugan. Öringsfiske i såväl i Ljusnan som i sjön direkt nedanför huset. Gångavstånd till sport- och mataffär samt restauranter. Rökeri/gårdsbutik samt den lilla ostbutiken finns också i byn.

The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed, sleeping loft with two beds and an extra bed (electric air bed). TV corner with sofa, as well as kitchen with spacious kitchen table overlooking the entire valley. Dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and Sauna.

Here you feel good thanks to the cozy decor and the beautiful view of the mountains and the valley that you can also enjoy from the hot tub on the terrace. The kitchen has all the equipment you need so you can cook good food. The idea is that you should not miss anything during your stay.
