This cabin site is tucked into the forest at the base of the Deacon Escarpment with a view of the Bonnechere Valley Hills. It is a 10 min hike to the Escarpment Lookout, and roughly a 25 min hike to your canoe on a small lake. There is a picnic table, firepit, outdoor gazebo bar, seasonal outdoor shower and private outhouse. The cabin comes with a map of 30km of trails for you to hike or snowshoe. No neighbours within 500m in any direction. Possibility of occasional guest cars going past.

Come stay in our cottage, on the shores of peaceful, uncrowded Negeek Lake, nestled amoung the towering pines. Our 800 sqft cottage is steps away from the sandy, kid-friendly shore. The lot is flat and is perfect for all ages. Fish right off the dock, relax in a chair, swim in the water or even visit the surrounding area. Negeek Lake gives you access to 90km of navigable water. Includes an indoor wood stove, an outdoor fire pit with wood, satellite TV, gas BBQ, a canoe and a kayak.

Paddle the lazy river in a canoe or relax in the hammock.

Our cozy cottage sits on a peaceful 70 acre private lot overlooking a pond. The perfect place to get away in a relaxing environment and parklike atmosphere. Located in rural Ontario just southeast of Algonquin Park. Home to many lakes, rivers, hiking trails, and pristine forests. Many small towns to explore with unique shops and restaurants. Beaches within minutes and more lakes than we could count! Surrounded by rolling hills. Spectacular colours during our fall season.

The Guest House

Our guest house is a cozy log cabin with three floors. It is the original homesteader cabin to our property, revived and restored with care. Nestled in the Bonnechere region of Renfrew County, this magical place of solitude offers nature right outside your door. Local paintings by Ottawa Valley landscape artist Angela St. Jean displayed throughout the cabin feature lakes, rivers, and natural places and spaces that surround us.

Our little cottage sits nestled in pines overlooking beautiful Kamaniskeg Lake. We are near Algonquin Park. The recent renovations include a tastefully decorated space with the feel of a cozy Canadian cabin.. The beds are excellent. You can enjoy the view and ambience sitting on the screened in porch or sit lakeside on the patio. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and bed and bath linens . Satellite tv as well.
