Set on 56 acres you are welcome to explore the property's open fields, feed the chickens and goats or just relax with a book. Cyclists will love the gravel roads or if you like the water bring your canoes/kayaks. You can also swim in the river or take a refreshing dip in our swimming pool (not heated). We are Snow Farm, but we do not plan on having animals for the foreseeable future. The cabin gets plenty of sun and overlooks the pasture. It is very quiet here, but still pretty close (about 30 minutes) to Mt. Snow and Stratton. You can hunker down in the cabin and read, hike around the property (150 acres!), or cruise the local towns to see how great this area is. Vermont allows the gifting of cannabis, and we can help you navigate that. Smoking is not allowed in the house.

Additionally there are 1000's of perennials and herbs. Great for birders and wildlife lovers and plant enthusiasts. As the gardens meld into more wilder areas with walks through woods and fields. From May on there are always flowers in bloom. We are also only 20 minutes to Mount Snow.
