Modern architect design house by the Baltic Sea

Our stunning home was completed in 2013, it is built on a rock overviewing the waterways leading into Stockholm. South aspect with views stretches from east to west. Access to own dock and wood fired sauna by the Baltic Sea. The house has one master bedroom, 2 bedrooms plus a small guesthouse (guest house, bedroom no 4, available summer time only). On the south side of the house there is a massive deck with lounge settings and an open fireplace/BBQ. We are located 30 min from downtown Stockholm.

Unique location. Beach, jacuzzi and close to city.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Unik sjötomt och pool bara 20 min från Stockholm C

Skapa nya minnen i detta unika , lyxiga och familjevänliga boende. Vårt hem längtar efter en familj som vill njuta av en underbar plats alla säsonger med öppna och sociala ytor. Här bor du med bästa söderläge med sol hela dagen , pool (sommar) och jacuzzi (vinter) , stor gräsmatta på sjötomt med tillgång till brygga, trampolin, båt för fiske, kajaker mm. Avskilt men endast 20 min från Stockholm C dit du enkelt kommer med buss bara några minuter från huset. Närhet till Tyresta naturreservat!

Welcome to our Small House with loft in a private area of the Garden. The house is spacious with living room, kitchen and bathroom at first floor and a loft with cozy feeling and queen size bed. High ceiling for lots of light and luxury feeling. Dining room with dinner table and outside two patios with chairs and table. Perfect for sun all day. Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities such as microwave etc. Stereo, Tv and Wifi is available. Bathroom with washing machine and shower.

Egen lägenhet med privat ingång till källaren i villa i idylliska Älvsjö. Fullt utrustat kök och eget badrum. Bra kommunikationer med busshållplats (144an) bara 50m bort med buss till Älvsjö station och pendeltåg till Stockholm C: 20minuter från dörr till dörr, 35 min till Solna/Friends arena. Eller buss till Fruängen Tunnelbana röd linje. Bussen går direkt till Gullmarsplan för event på globen/avicii arena / tele2 eller till Älvsjömässan.

Idylliskt läge nära vattnet och Stockholm City

Oasis near the water, close to the city centre in quiet and family friendly neighbourhood. "Small village"-feeling in Bromma, the closest villa suburb to Stockholm. The house is close the water, beaches, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, shops, playgrounds, public transportation and close to the city center: 12 min by tram to nearest subway station where you go downtown in 5-10 min.

Start the day with a swim in the lake

Extraordinary and central accommodation just by the lake at Stora Essingen. Plot with garden that is accessed via a long stairs from the public road, i.e. not suitable for disable persons. Secluded with breathtaking views of Lake Mälaren. Near the French school. Near the bus, near the light rail, near the center. Possibility to rent a sauna (50 euro)

A wonderful 1930s villa located on a peak, allowing the sun to enter the large garden from early morning until sundown. Large outside patio, bbq, balcony, outdoor house, garden, fruit trees and berry bushes. Two floors with plenty of open space; dining room, living room, open fire, sofas, bubble bath and sauna.
