Cozy cottage of approx. 30 sqm for rent, with large terrace partly under roof lying directly by the lake Stora Rängen. The cottage consists of living room with sofa bed and kitchen area, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The kitchen area has a small fridge with freezer compartment, stove with oven and kitchen utensils. The deck has a comfortable seating furniture, infrared heat, and a striking view of the lake. Renters have access to dock with seat. Please note that this jetty is also used by the landlord.

Lillstugan

Lillstugan is one of the houses on our small farm. The house dates back to the 18th century and has been renovated in recent years with retained older country style. Three bedrooms, the large upstairs has double bed, the smaller two single beds. One bedroom with single bed on first floor. The kitchen is modernly equipped. Large garden with outdoor furniture. On the farm there are sheep and cows. At the lake, about 150 meters from the house, there is a swimming jetty. Rowboat and sauna to rent. Close to meadows forest and walking paths.

In the immediate vicinity of it there is a golf course. 200 m away from the house there is a nice swimming area. The proximity to Linköping has made it popular for people who work in or near Linköping and need an apartment for shorter or longer stays, 1 - 3 people. Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house of 30 sqm contains a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, Bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Of course, there is TV, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers. Bicycles are available to borrow, it is only about 10 min to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.

It is neighbouring the host’s villa and has a lovely garden with a little stream crossing the lawn. It sits in a picturesque central corner of the village Kisa, with services and culture within 5 minutes walking, and still in the middle of wild forests.
