Detached "Gastenverblijf Pleegste" with veranda

Gastenverblijf Pleegste is a wooden garden house in the outskirts of Raalte with a porch equipped with a wood-burning stove. You look out over the meadows. With its own private entrance, it offers a lot of privacy. The guesthouse consists of one large room (with central heating), with a sitting and dining area, a kitchenette (fridge, 2-burner induction hob, combination microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils) and a double box spring bed. The offer is WITHOUT breakfast. Sometimes it is possible to book 1 night in the off-season.

Our B&B is located on the top floor of our house on the outskirts of the village of Boskamp in the municipality of Olst. You have your own entrance upstairs with 1 bedroom, a cozy room with built-in modern kitchen and a private bathroom with wonderfully soft, completely lime-free water and toilet. You have a particularly unobstructed view over the meadows, forests and a lot of privacy. You have the opportunity to enjoy the outside in the seat in peace. (Breakfast is provided free of charge by us.)

This half of a farm (85m2), located in nature, has beautiful views over the countryside. The apartment is completely private with its own entrance and parking space and is furnished with a spacious sitting area and a luxury kitchen. The entire house has floor heating. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and induction cooktop. There is a beautiful bathroom with a second toilet. The bedroom contains a box spring. In the private shed, electricity is available for the bicycle.

On our property, on the Sallandse Heuvelrug, there is a residential house with a guesthouse diagonally behind it. The guesthouse (50 m2) has all the comforts. From the guesthouse, you overlook the beautifully landscaped garden (1 ha in size) and the countryside. You come here for peace and quiet and for the beautiful nature. For children, the garden is a true playground paradise. Haarle is located on the Sallandse Heuvelrug. You can hike and bike beautifully here.

The apartment (50M2) features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom and a modern bathroom. It is located in the old city center of Deventer on the Brink and near the historic Waag. The spacious gallery provides access to the apartment and features a small seating area overlooking the courtyard. The municipal monument tolhuis' n tol from 1830 is located on the edge of the Raalter center. You can now spend the night in this toll booth! The toll booth was completely renovated in 2019 and is energy neutral. Near the sports company Tijenraan where you can swim, tavern Tivoli and the motor museum. Adjacent cycling and hiking junction Salland… .. The Tolhuisje stands on the edge of the pleasant center of Raalte with plenty of hospitality and shopping options.

Relax completely in a recently completely renovated detached country house in the middle of the beautiful, welcoming Salland area. The Plattelandshuis is located in the middle of a forest plot with a lot of privacy and a large lawn, surrounded by a large beech hedge. The house has a wood-burning stove, wood for this is included. Here you can enjoy the beautiful, quiet environment that the Salland landscape has to offer.
