Little Garden Room, London, SE21

This is a perfect little space (17m2) for 1 or 2 people to visit and have as a base for the discovery of London. It has everything you need for your stay. The bed is a comfortable Kingsize bed with a pocket sprung John Lewis mattress, it can be folded away to create more space. Wake up with the birds singing. We are on a private one way road, very quiet, parking is outside in front of the house. We have a little grey cat called Fern which wonders around, we hope you are not allergic to cats.

Loved family home- 25 mins from Central London!

Large and spacious, our much loved family home is perfectly equipped to sleep up to 10 and is great for two families. Surrounded by various restaurants and cafes, 5 minute walk from Streatham Overland station and a 5 minute bus ride from Tooting Bec underground.With 5 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms plus lots of living space downstairs it’s a great base to explore the city! This is our family home and we love our neighbours… so NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
