Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.

Whether cozy evenings by the fireplace or joint cooking sessions in the large kitchen-living room, our location can offer it to you. In addition, you have your own small balcony facing west and with the nearby S-Bahn you are less than 20 minutes away from the Baltic Sea beach without the hassle of looking for a parking space. The open, light-flooded apartment in the attic is a perfect retreat for your stay in Rostock. The location on the edge of the residential area of Rostock-Kassebohm is also a good starting point to explore the city or surrounding area by bike or public transport. Shopping & bus stop are within walking distance in about 5 minutes. The apartment is perfect for those who want to spend just a couple of days or even a few weeks in the city.

At the gates of Rostock

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space: a spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with natural light and a terrace. The apartment is quietly located in Papendorf OT Groß Stove, yet conveniently only a few kilometers from the A20, 15 minutes to the city center of Rostock. The Rostock Südblick tram station is 3.5 km away (10 min by bike). Bus connection from Gross Stove is available.

Tinyhouse Titania: A romantic midsummer night's dream

Titania is our newest, very special tiny house. When designing tiny house and garden, we were inspired by Shakespeare's midsummer night dream. Pure romance! Here you should feel like Oberon and Titania in the fairy forest. What's special: the Titania stands within the sun hill garden, in a separate garden. Protected by meter-high hedges, a completely enchanted, romantically playful summer night garden has been created here.

Vacation in the countryside

If you want to spend your vacation in the countryside, you've come to the right place. On 4000 square meters you will find peace and relaxation and numerous seating options. For the little ones, a trampoline, a table tennis table, a digging box and a play tower are available. Our pets (ducks, rabbits, guinea pigs, cats and a dog) are waiting for loving caresses. Our small guest house can accommodate four sleeping units.

Small studio under the roof

The guest apartment is located in the Hansaviertel near the Parkstraße S-Bahn station (to Warnemünde 20 min). It is a quiet, very green residential area with ample parking. Nearby are the Barnstorfer Forest and Lindenpark. Most faculty buildings of the University of Rostock are within walking distance! There are plenty of shopping opportunities and it is a 10-minute walk to the trendy KTV district.

Accommodation surrounded by greenery

If you need a short break in quiet and secluded nature or are passing through to or from the Baltic Sea, which you can reach in a good 30 minutes by car, maybe you are traveling by motorcycle or bicycle with your dog, want fresh eggs from happy chickens and want to be part of nice conversations at the barbecue area and fireplace, you are in the right place on our 4000 m² fully fenced property.

Nice apartment, idyllic in a quiet location

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. In the morning, at breakfast on the terrace, you can watch the sheep and hear the birds chirping. In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fireplace or watch the fire crackle in the fireplace. It is 18 kilometers to the beach in Warnemünde. The city center of Rostock is 11 kilometers away.
