Cozy 19th century cottage, on the river bank

Lovely cottage from the 19th century with exposed beams and original tiles. Large garden, near the river with a barbecue area and garden furniture. Quiet environment in the countryside, all commodities, supermarkets, boulangeries as well as local towns markets are 5 minutes away. A lovely summer restaurant by the river is within short distance. Various hiking and cycling trails nearby ("La Loire à vélo" goes nearby our house), as well as vineyards and castles to visit. Performing wifi.

Ideally located between Angers and Saumur, 5 km from the banks of the Loire, come and recharge your batteries among wooded hills, hiking trails, flower fields and vineyards. Enjoy the calm of Anjou, its small troglodyte villages and its tourist attractions. The Domaine des Bas Prés has two 3-star cottages attached to the wine history of the place.
