It is located in the heart of the popular district of Aiguelongue while remaining quiet, sinceit overlooks the gardens of the residence. Its terrace is very pleasant in all seasons of the year! Essential amenities are within a 10-minute walk: supermarket, bakery, public transport (tram and bus). A parking space (free of charge) is available.
