The 1934 Farmhouse (close to the beaches)

The 1934 Farmhouse not only has local history but plenty of space for everyone. Originally a century family farm with only few owners since being developed. It hosts 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 2 dining rooms, large kitchen, a huge living room all sitting on 2 1/2 acres for the kids and pets to run have everything you need. Nestled among the beautiful farmland of central Delaware, the Savannah offers a spacious home in a peaceful setting. The new, well-appointed house offers plenty of room for the whole family. With both an upstairs porch and a back patio with screened-in porch, the views are panoramic and serene. Centrally located, this comfortable and roomy home is only a short drive to many nearby activities. However, with the wide open spaces and fresh country air, you may not want to leave!

The boardwalk in front of our home leads to the beach path access across the street. You will enjoy views from both the front and back decks: including the beach & Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge. Full bathroom and simple galley-style kitchen. I am nestled a half a mile off of a secondary road on a ten-acre wooded lot. Lots of wildlife and extremely peaceful, a perfect getaway!
