Tropea is the pearl of Calabria. A beautiful seaside spot with crystal clear waters. The apartment is above the most beautiful beach in Tropea with a beautiful view of the blue sea, 10 minutes from Capo Vaticano and a view of the Aeolian Islands at sunset. It is in the historic center, close to restaurants, beaches, nightlife and public transport. You'll love my place because of its atmosphere, people, neighborhood, outdoor spaces, and light. My place is good for couples, families (with children), and groups.

The apartment is renovated few years ago in an old building with a nice rooftop terrace and 2 balconies. You can enjoy outdoor life both during the day and evening. The master bedroom facing the ocean and you find a good kitchen and living area with view.

The location is strategic to quickly reach, both by car and by train, the most beautiful towns in Calabria: Tropea, Pizzo, Parghelia, Zambrone, Capo Vaticano, Ricadi. A few metres from the apartment is the Briatico promenade, 700 metres from the train station, 15 minutes' walk from the picturesque Rocchetta beach.

On two floors, it consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, half bathroom, and finally a garden with a breathtaking view. The sea is within walking distance, as are the main shops (supermarket, tobacconist/newsstand, pharmacy). Tropea and Pizzo are about ten km away. Tourist tax of €2 per night per adult.
