The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. We are located 2 km from Lake Skadar, only 18 km from the Capital City of Podgorica, 20 km from the Old Royal Capital Cetinje, and about an hour's drive to the sea.

The house is located at the foothill of the fortress, it consists of one room of 30 m2 and a toilet located in the basement of the house. The ruined fort on the hill above the house is great to explore and has some seriously sweeping views from the top. The house is decorated with old Montenegrin inventory and is very pleasant to stay in, with simple and rustic charm. In front of the house is a large terrace available to guests.
