Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, fridge, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. With WiFi, TV and in the summer an air cooler. Deliciously soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately upon arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2 p.m. Check out before 10:00 . Parking is free with us on the driveway. So no parking fees! Our price includes tourist tax. Apartment on the 7th floor with 2 terraces, 1 with frontal sea view and 1 with view of the hinterland. Spacious living room, kitchen, separate toilet, bedroom and bathroom with 2nd toilet. In the bedroom, there is 1 double bed and 2 foldable single beds. In the bedroom, there is room to place 1 single bed, the 2nd can be placed in the living room. Very centrally located, on the sea dike and in the city center. Bedding and towels are to be provided by the guests themselves. Baby cot and high chair available.

The beach and promenade are just 400 metres away. In July and August, we apply a minimum stay of 5 nights for a relaxing stay by the sea. Our Tiny House/Studio is specially designed to relax and unwind. The matte lacquered wood and the sober surroundings radiate calm. The space is modern and industrially decorated without too many distracting elements. From the windows, you can see the dunes and watch the sun set in the evening. Through the window on the other side of the room, the morning sun shines towards you. You sleep in this Tiny House/studio less than 500 meters from dunes, beach and sea.

On the large plot, there are plenty of places to enjoy the tranquility, sun (or shade) and nature. The jeu de boules court or table tennis invite you to play.
