Located 20-25 minutes from the beaches of Calais, Cap Blanc-Nez, Wissant, Ambleteuse, Wimereux. 8 minutes from the A26 / 13 minutes from the A16. Our Villa is bathed in light. You will find all the modern comforts you would expect from a premium villa.

The Au Lion d'Or cottage, in the wooded park of a family home, ideally located a few steps from the shops and restaurants of the historic center of Ardres. The gite is located at the entrance to Lake Ardres, renowned for its natural and tourist site, with a leisure center, fishing, attractions for young children, ice cream parlor, and pedal boats, as well as beautiful walks or bike rides. 20 minutes from the beaches of the Opal Coast, the Dragon de Calais, and the Audomarois marsh.

Your cottage is centrally located in the village, in a fully enclosed 1200 m² former orchard. You access it through our driveway and your private parking is located to the left at the end of this path. Not overlooked, you will stay there in total privacy. 20 km from the sea and at the foot of the Boulonnais mountains, our Côte d'Opale is the ideal kingdom for hikers, cyclists, surfers and of course beachgoers. Guaranteed fun and excitement, pets are welcome :)

From the sunny days, its municipal base dedicated to activities is literally stormed by boaters. Autumn is then the perfect season to abandon sailing or pedal boats (dormant until spring) on the small Lac du Palentin and enjoy the tranquility of the site, abandoned by tourists.
