Die Wohnung ist knapp 55m2 groß und liegt weserseitig in einem Turm des s.g. 'Columbus-Centers'. Sie wurde im Sommer 2010 komplett renoviert und eingerichtet.

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

The special thing is that you have great views of the Weser as well as the historic Lloyd dock, which is a monument, in a wonderful environment in the middle of the harbor worlds. You can easily walk to most of the sights and the Weserdeich.

North Sea: Cozy vacation home right on the dike

The house (85 sqm of living space on 2 levels with Wi-Fi connection) can accommodate up to 6 people and is also ideal for young families (children's travel cot, high chair, stair gate, handcart for 2 toddlers available). A guest fee is charged for the Wurster North Sea coast. This fee is NOT included in our prices, but must be collected by us through Airbnb and paid to the municipality.

Erdgeschoss Apartment mitten im Herzen von Bremerhaven. Direkt an der Geeste gelegen, die zu schönen Spaziergängen einlädt. Durch die zentrale Lage ist die Innenstadt, Klimahaus, Weserdeich, etc. in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Zu dem Apartment gehört eine Garage, in der Fahrräder oder ihr Auto geparkt werden können.
