Our gîte, classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, is located in Brèville sur mer, in a small hamlet preserved between the sea, 10 minutes' walk away, and the countryside around the gîte. The gîte is 5 minutes from Granville and its pier for the Chausey and Jersey Islands, 700 m from the beach, the GR 223, and 5 minutes from the Granville golf course, the equestrian club and the "Prévithal" balneotherapy center. From the cottage you can discover on foot the many paths that run through this heritage village.

La Canuette

La Canuette is a 40 m² flat on the ground floor of a fully renovated building comprising 6 units, just 200 metres from the sea, the town centre and shops. It features a large private terrace with a separate entrance. Within a 300-metre radius: sailing school, golf course, racecourse and 5 tennis courts. You can also take advantage of the high tides for shore fishing and enjoy pleasant walks along the seawall, which is just a short distance from the apartment.

My beach hut / Mont Saint-Michel Bay

In St Jean-le-Thomas (between Granville and Avranches), as close as possible to the beach with a view of Mont St Michel and the Champeaux cliffs Quiet and relaxing location Cabin with everything you need to cook and sleep comfortably (you will find 2 real beds made on arrival / sheets and towels provided) Check-ins are between 4pm and 7pm but we know how to adapt. You can park your car next to the shed. Nightly rental (except July August 2 nights minimum)

All rooms have exceptional sea views Guests can take advantage of the living room (fully equipped kitchen, living room, lounge) and bathroom (walk-in shower) on the ground floor. "La Casa Del Mar" is a beautiful beach house. Located 200 meters from the beach, this house is 80 m2 and has a garden, a pretty wooden terrace and an outdoor shower. The house has a kitchen open to the living room, as well as two bedrooms and separate toilet. We offer baby equipment, board games. Magical place and good location.

It is impossible to find any closer to the sea : at high tide the deck that overlooks the beach becomes the bow of a boat ! More in the center of Coutainville, it is not possible either : everything is within easy reach: restaurants, bars, shops, tennis, casino, even golf. Anyway, a great spot when you love sight and life.
