There is grocery store, liquor store, Starbucks, Restaurant, Gym, ect in that area.

It is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, dishes, pots, pans, linens, RO drinking water, stacking washer/dryer, bbq, satelite tv and WIFI.
