Hans and I rent out our lovely renovated cottage by the Wadden Sea. The house is large, spacious and cozy. There is a spa, an activity room with table tennis and a large outdoor area. Distance to the Wadden Sea is 1.5 km and about 20 km to Rømø with wide white beaches. There are shopping opportunities in Skærbæk and Højer. There is peace and quiet, but with plenty of opportunities for excursions in the area. The area is part of the Wadden Sea National Park. In autumn, you can experience the "Black Sun". Possibility of two beds for children.

De gode vandrestier omkring Ballum går lige forbi huset. 20km til Rømø strand, 20 km til den tyske grænse, 30km til Ribe, en times kørsel til Legoland i Billund og 1 times kørsel til Esbjerg. I Ballum 1km fra huset er en lille købmand, hvor man kan handle når man vil, fordi det er selvbetjening.

Lejligheden er på ca. 100m2 med aircondition. En hyggelig stue med brætspil, sofa, PS4, smart TV og alt hvad man skal bruge til madlavning. Der er opvaskemaskine. Vi har 3 charmerende og nyrenoverede værelser med sengeplads til 5 voksne, samt en vugge og en weekend seng til børn. Vi har 3 hunde og 1 kat, og kæledyr er velkomne, så længe de er under kontrol og ikke er i sengen. Vi deler toilet om natten, men ellers er det 100% jeres.
