The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Located in the country away from the hustle and bustle of the city. With the farm animals as your neighbors. Our cabana is an hour drive from the city of Houston and a 20 minute drive to Sandy Surfside Beach. A 9 minute drive takes you to the heart of Angleton, where you get to enjoy local restaurants, and shopping.

Nestled beneath live oak and pecan trees, this home offers a spacious backyard, patio, and kayaks for guests to enjoy. Take a 2 minute stroll to Heritage Park which boasts a lovely kayak launch ramp and watch a sunset views over Clear Creek. Spend the day at nearby NASA or the Kemah Boardwalk. It hosts a huge deck in the backyard and a comfortable front deck both with unplugging and unwinding in mind. The house has plenty of front and backyard that allow you to feel the country and be immersed in Texas sun and shade. The Sweeny house is conveniently located 2 minutes from the Sweeny Community Hospital, 5 minutes from fishing in the San Bernard River, 10 minutes from Chevron Phillips, and 35 minutes from Surfside Beach. This house has many features including a place to park your RV with an outside plug, a full kitchen with new appliances, 2 TV's, computer desk, washer dryer, central AC/Heat, an electric fireplace, and a beautiful screened in front porch.
