Fantastic location, on the seafront, private beach, south of Ilhabela, close to Praia Grande and 6 km from the ferry. Ideal for 14 people. Large house, 4,000 m2 of land. There are 4 en-suites with ocean views and 1 en-suite without a view, all with air-conditioning. Living rooms with fireplace, dining room, games and built-in TV. Full and well-equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi, 65" Smart TV, Sky and Netflix. Balcony and outdoor area with heated pool, garden, multi-sports court, barbecue area and beach. Your PET is welcome!

FOREST HOUSE (HOUSE 31) It is located facing the sea. In front of us, it is not just the sea that we are 30 meters above sea level, we have a very broad view and descending in the middle of our garden, we reach our private beach. The house is fully equipped, furnished and decorated . In the house, we have 2 bedrooms with double beds in each room; the kitchen is fully equipped, table on the balcony and another table in the master bedroom, Smart TV, air-conditioning that air-conditiones the two bedrooms, fan.

The house is on the south side of the Island, in a quiet neighborhood, ideal for family. The house is a ground floor with 3 suites with air-conditioning, in addition to 1 independent external suite. In front of the house we have a pond of carp with a balcony, right at the entrance a large room with 3 environments, all with views of the sea and with access to a gourmet balcony. We also have Smart TV, WI-FI, winery, brewery, chopeira, barbecue, infinity pool, gym with hydromassage, office, garden and garage.
