My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Beautiful 3-room house (terraced house) new building in a quiet location. The house has its own parking in front of the house for three cars. The house has a beautiful private terrace 12m2 and a private garden 42m2. There is a modern garden seating on the terrace. Very good accessibility to the center of Bratislava 20 min. by car and fast connection to the highway in about 5 min. It is 1 hour by car to Vienna. It is 19 minutes by car to the town of Senec, where there is a water park and sunny lakes. In the vicinity you will find groceries, restaurants, cafes, shops, pharmacy.

Beautiful 2 bedroom house (terrace) new construction in a quiet location. The house has its own parking in front of the house for three cars. The house has a beautiful private terrace of 10m2 and a private garden of 40m2. On the terrace there is a modern rattan garden seating. Very good access to the center of Bratislava 20 min by car and quick connection to the highway in about 5 min. To Vienna it is 1 hour by car. In the vicinity you will find groceries, restaurants, cafes, shops, a pharmacy.

Our house is situated in Bratislava´s quite neighborhood Raca. This area is famous for its rich winemaking tradition. 5 minutes on foot from house one can find big area of wineyards, woods, swimming area suitable for sports activities such as cycling, tracking and swimming. Quality local restaurants, traditional wine cellars and pubs can be found within the same area. Our apartment house is modern, well maintained and suitable for up to 14 people with 5 separate rooms with own bathrooms.

Charming house in heart of Devin

No matter if you are looking for history, gastronomy, or bike/wine paradise, Devin is the place to visit. At this small, yet charming house, located in the very centre of it you can easily discover all of it. Feel free to park your car right next to the house and enjoy the view to Devin castle from the terrace. Your kids are very welcomed, they can watch TV while you are chilling upstairs. Also we would love to arrange a dinner appointment at some great local places, or rent you an ebike :)
